FOCUSED ON YOUR RESIDENTS’ HEALTH

ExcelHealth offers dental services to long-term care residents via three state-of-the-art platforms.

MOBILE DENTAL CLINICS

Our local providers offer on-site comprehensive mobile dental services through the use of licensed mobile dental clinics that have treated tens of thousands of residents safely since 2008. The mobile clinics are designed with residents’ safety and comfort in mind and operate using completely self-contained means.

Scheduled four to five times per year, routine visits on one of our mobile clinics consists of full oral exams and as-needed digital periodontal x-rays. Also included in these routine visits are full cleanings which may include as needed extractions, fillings, and all denture needs, from new creation to replacements, adjustments, and full relines. Our provider teams are focused on your residents’ full oral health.

DIGITAL DENTURE SOLUTION

The ExcelHealth team is committed to compassionate, personal care while integrating innovative technological solutions. Our pursuit of excellence has led to the development of the world’s first database of digital denture and partial “backups” exclusively for nursing home residents.

  • Significantly minimizes replacement time for lost or broken dentures to days rather than weeks or even months.
  • Reduces risk of dietary restrictions and weight loss.
  • Offers peace of mind for residents and families knowing oral prosthetic replacements are more readily available.

TELEDENTISTRY SERVICES

ExcelHealth is a licensed tele-health provider in all 50 states. This enables our clinical teams from state to state to provide critical consultation for emergent and urgent dental cases within hours of a situation arising within your facility. This is often a critical first step in getting your residents’ treatment started, manage any potential pain, and maintain your facility’s federal and state regulatory obligations.

Teledentistry services can be used for:

  • Post-operative consults and follow ups
  • Immediate responses to emergency visits
  • Speech therapy for residents receiving new dentures
